1. Where does WARDA ship from?

We ship from our fulfillment center in the USA to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

 

2. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!

 

3. How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days

Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier delays.

 

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the provided link.

 

5. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we cannot guarantee modifications.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, worn or damaged items cannot be returned.

 

7. How do I initiate a return?

  1. Visit our Returns Portal and submit a request.

2. Print the prepaid return label (U.S. customers only).

3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at any carrier location.

4. Once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

 

8. Are there any return fees?

A $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from refunds.

 

9. Can I exchange my hijab for a different color or style?

Yes! Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached.

Hijabs, Innercaps & Hijab Magnets: Customers cover all shipping costs for exchanges.

International Orders: Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs.

If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

10. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

11. What materials are WARDA hijabs made from?

Our hijabs are crafted from premium fabrics designed for comfort, breathability, and durability. Our collection features a variety of textures, including chiffon, modal, satin, and jersey.

 

12. How do I care for my hijabs?

For best results:

Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle with cold water.

Use mild detergent.

Lay flat to dry to maintain fabric quality.

Avoid excessive heat or direct sunlight.

 

13. Are WARDA hijabs slip-resistant?

Yes! Our hijabs are designed to provide a secure fit. For extra grip, we recommend using our non-slip undercaps and magnetic pins.

14. Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and receive exclusive discounts.

 

15. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

 

16. Do you offer gift cards?
