WARDA committed to providing high-quality hijabs and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges.

 

Shipping

Shipping Within the United States — Free Shipping on Orders $25 and Over.

We proudly ship to all 50 states and offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping via USPS Flat Rate (Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days)

• USPS 2-Day Shipping

• Expedited Shipping via FedEx, UPS, or USPS (1-Day delivery options)

- Please note that delivery times are calculated from the day your order is shipped, not the day it was placed.

For orders of $25 or more, USPS Standard Shipping is free.

For orders under $25, a $5.57 flat rate will apply.

Returns

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, worn, washed, or damaged items cannot be returned. 

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Return Shipping Fee: A $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund for U.S. customers.

How to Return an Item

1. Submit a Return Request: Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order details. You can find your order number by logging into your WARDA account. If you experience any issues, please contact us at info@wardaofficial.com.

2. Print the Return Label: A prepaid return label will be provided for U.S. customers returning hijabs, accessories, and magnetic items.

3. Package the Item Securely: Ensure the item is in its original condition.

4. Ship the Return: Drop off your package at the designated carrier location.

5. Receive Your Refund: Once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days, deducting the $5 return shipping fee from the total refund.

 

Exchanges

Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.

International Orders: International customers must cover all exchange shipping costs.


How to Exchange an Item

1. Contact Us: Email info@wardaofficial.com with your order number and details of the item you’d like to exchange.

2. Confirmation: We’ll confirm availability and provide further instructions.

3. Return the Original Item: A prepaid return label will be provided for U.S. customers returning hijabs, accessories, and magnetic items.

4. Package the Item Securely: Ensure the item is in its original condition.

5. Ship the Return: Drop off your package at the designated carrier location.

6. Receive Your New Item: Once we receive the original item, we will ship the new item. For U.S. hijab exchanges, shipping is free.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: info@wardaofficial.com with photos of the issue.

We will replace the item at no additional cost or provide a full refund.


Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, gift cards, and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
